So here is our third day in Belgium. Just nice, it happens to fall on a Sunday! Which leads us to Sunday service live in Belgium! Visited a few beautiful churches, paid to see the famous artwork: Ghent Altarpiece at Saint Bavo Cathedral in Ghent, Belgium, it was created by Hubert van Eyck and Jan van Eyck (ca. 1390 - 1441) One beautiful piece of artwork.

And of course, there is always a highlight for the day, our umbrella gave way on us! It was so hilarious! We laughed for a good ten minute before throwing it away and having to walk under the rain was a bad move for us all. It was seriously freezing cold back then. (totally unlike Singapore's weather)

In the afternoon, we headed back to Brussels by train and as usual, we stuffed our little tummies with delicious food and waffles once again. As you can see, we can never stop eating. Now, I understand why my weight increase so much when I was there. But there again, what is a holiday without good food huh?
